Shabbat services and meals
Kabbalat Shabbat, Shacharit and three meals — at 1-5-23 Takanawa, five minutes from Sengakuji station.
Times
Friday night Mincha starts five minutes after candle lighting, so the time moves with the calendar. The candle lighting time for Tokyo is shown at the top of every page on this site, and the service time follows from it — there is only one place these times are set, so they cannot disagree with each other.
